Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Atrium Restaurant & Sports Lounge (“Atrium,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please do not use the website if you do not agree to these Terms.

Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Atrium Restaurant & Sports Lounge, including information concerning our:

  • Menu

  • Food and beverage offerings

  • Hours of operation

  • Events and entertainment

  • Promotions and specials

  • Private-event opportunities

  • Location and contact information

  • Online-ordering options

The website is provided for informational and promotional purposes. Features and services may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website.

Certain content, products, events, promotions, or services may be limited to individuals who are at least 18 or 21 years old. You may be required to provide valid identification when purchasing, ordering, receiving, or consuming alcoholic beverages.

Use of this website does not guarantee admission to Atrium or eligibility to purchase age-restricted products.

3. Online Ordering and Payments

Atrium does not currently process online orders or payment-card transactions directly through this website.

Online ordering, delivery, pickup, and payment services may be provided through independent third-party platforms, including:

  • Toast

  • DoorDash

  • Uber Eats

  • Other ordering, delivery, or payment providers

Selecting an online-ordering link may redirect you to a third-party website, application, or checkout page. Your use of that service is governed by the applicable provider’s own terms, privacy policy, refund policy, delivery rules, fees, and other conditions.

Atrium does not control the operation, availability, security, or payment-processing systems of these third-party platforms.

For issues involving payment processing, delivery status, platform fees, account access, or technical problems, you may need to contact the applicable third-party provider. For concerns involving food preparation or order accuracy, please contact Atrium and, when appropriate, the ordering provider.

4. Menu Information, Pricing and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate menu descriptions, photographs, prices, hours, specials, and availability. However:

  • Menu items may change or become unavailable

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Third-party platforms may display different pricing, promotions, taxes, or fees

  • Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes

  • Ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation may vary

  • Website information may not always reflect immediate operational changes

The price and terms displayed during checkout on the applicable ordering platform will generally control that transaction.

Atrium may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, or other website mistakes at any time.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Information

Menu descriptions may not identify every ingredient or potential allergen.

Our food may be prepared in facilities or cooking areas where common allergens are handled, including dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and sesame. Cross-contact may occur despite reasonable precautions.

Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredient concerns should contact Atrium directly before ordering and inform restaurant staff when placing an order. Information displayed on the website should not be treated as medical or nutritional advice.

Atrium cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free of a particular ingredient or allergen.

6. Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages are available only to individuals who are at least 21 years old and who present valid government-issued identification when requested.

Atrium and its service providers may refuse or cancel the sale, service, pickup, or delivery of alcohol when:

  • Valid identification cannot be provided

  • The purchaser or recipient is under 21

  • The recipient appears intoxicated

  • The transaction would violate applicable law

  • Required age-verification procedures are not completed

Alcohol-related promotions are intended only for adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.

7. Events, Entertainment and Promotions

Atrium may advertise sporting events, entertainment, happy hours, contests, giveaways, special menus, and other promotions.

Event details, performers, schedules, menu offerings, pricing, and promotional terms may change without notice. An advertised event does not guarantee the appearance of a particular performer, availability of seating, uninterrupted broadcast of a sporting event, or admission to the venue.

Promotions may be subject to:

  • Eligibility restrictions

  • Limited availability

  • Specified dates and times

  • Separate official rules

  • Purchase requirements

  • Age restrictions

  • Exclusions or additional conditions

Where separate promotional rules conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional rules will govern that promotion.

8. Private-Event Inquiries

Submitting a private-event inquiry through the website does not create a reservation, booking, or contractual obligation.

A private event is not confirmed until Atrium and the customer complete all required steps, which may include:

  • Approval of the requested date and space

  • Execution of a written event agreement

  • Payment of a deposit

  • Agreement on minimum spending requirements

  • Completion of required identification or payment authorization

Private-event bookings may be governed by a separate agreement. That agreement will control if it conflicts with these website Terms.

9. Email Communications

When you subscribe to Atrium’s email list, you may receive communications concerning events, menu offerings, promotions, specials, and restaurant news.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Unsubscribing from promotional communications may not prevent communications sent in direct response to an inquiry or customer-service request.

You may not provide another person’s email address without their authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

You may access and use the website only for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, repurpose, publicly display, or commercially exploit website content.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use Atrium’s trademarks, logos, branding, or other intellectual property.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including ordering platforms, social-media networks, mapping services, event platforms, delivery providers, and payment processors.

These third parties operate independently from Atrium. We do not control and are not responsible for their:

  • Website content

  • Privacy practices

  • Security procedures

  • Availability

  • Pricing

  • Fees

  • Terms or policies

A link to a third-party service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all products, services, statements, or practices associated with that provider.

13. Website Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atrium disclaims warranties concerning the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atrium and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. Indemnification

  • Your infringement of another party’s rights

  • Information or content you submit through the website

16. Governing Law and Venue

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

17. Changes to These Terms

Atrium may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

18. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

19. No Waiver

Atrium’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

20. Entire Agreement
